TNT Post, Hyves, T-Mobile, ANWB, InterfaceFlor, BMC, HDSR en Vitae! Heb je altijd al willen laten zien wat jouw bedrijfskundige en creatieve capaciteiten zijn? Samenwerken in een team, oplossingen aandragen voor complexe en actuele vraagstukken? Dan is dit je kans om te laten zien wat jij kunt! Op vrijdag 26 maart a.s. wordt er door mvoscripties.nl en de Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen een eendaagse landelijke MVO Masterclass georganiseerd voor studenten HBO en WO. Organisaties geven een presentatie en leggen hun vraagstukken rond duurzaamheid en maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen aan de deelnemers voor. Organisaties die meedoen zijn oa. PhD position available: Protein interactions by spin and light |
|
Project Short-lived protein interactions are essential for many biochemical processes. In an interdiciplinary project (biophysics-biochemistry) methods to study such processes will be developed and applied. Methods We do protein biochemistry to attach spin and fluorescence labels. Modern fluorescence and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) methods will be used. For EPR, one of the spectrometers available is a locally developed spectrometer that combines high sensitivity with high resolution, operating at 275 GHz, i.e. 30 times higher than conventional EPR. The project is on the border of bio-physical chemistry and molecular physics and is located in the physics department at Leiden university. Students with interest in such an interdisciplinary project are welcome to enquire about the details (see below).
