Speedmeeten

What?

Oktober 15 in the afternoon the event: “speedmeeten with companies” will take place for all 3rd year bachelor students and (international) master students. This afternoon you will practice your solicitations skills in solicitation training and you will get the opportunity to meet the businesses that are related to Life Science & Technology. This afternoon conversations are hold for an orientation on the industry, but also to find a place for a business internship, a future job or to build your own network.

Who: 3rd year bachelors and masters LST

Representatives from industry are available to hold conversations of 10 minutes. These conversations will be hold in small groups or 1-on-1 with the representatives. In advance a scheme will be made which students talk with witch representative. It is therefore important that you register yourself in advance and specify your preferences. Each conversation will be 10 minutes. If you will not have finished the conversation, you will have the chance to proceed the conversation at the end during the drinks.

16:00 – 16:30      sollicitation training provided by business courses

16:30 – 16:40      break with coffee and tea

16:40 – 16:45      welcome and short introduction to representatives

16:45 – 17:00      first round speedmeeten

17:00 – 17:05      time to shift

17:05 – 17:15      second round speedmeeten

17:15 – 17:20      time to shift

17:20 – 17:30      third round speedmeeten

17:30 – 17:35      time to shift

17:35 – 17:45      fourth round speedmeeten

17:45 – 17:50      time to shift

17:50 – 18:00      fifth round speedmeeten

18:00 – 19:00      drinks and network time

For registration, please send an email to lustrum@svlife.nl with your full name, preferences for businesses, preference for private talks or talks in small groups. Mention registration speedmeeten in the subject of the email.
